I Made the mix with this idea in the back of my head:
An old man visits the Mapuche tribe on what seems to be his final trip. Upon his arrival the Machi (female shaman) is persuaded that Wangulen (ancestral spirits) reside within the old man. That night the Machi, wearing the signature crown of silver coins draped across her forehead, invites him to his hut for a ritual ceremony. As the Machi proceeded the old man got into a trance, seeing familiar archetypes of all the tropical journeys he’s made.
